A leading firm of loss assessors are looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager. You will be required to look for sales opportunities with new clients in the insurance / Broking sectors. You will also be required to manage existing relationships with current clients and look to build on the already strong relationships. You should produce good volume and/or are seen as having the ability to do so.
Reporting to the Director you will be self-confident and assertive. Will have excellent communication skills - written and verbal. A good listener, persuasive, able to build and maintain strong relationships and self motivated. Will have a good understanding of business principles. A good level of product knowledge. Good negotiation skills. The ability to work through issues and problems. Excellent interpersonal skills.
