You will take ownership of claims from cradle to grave and be responsible for the investigation, negotiation and / or conduct of defence of allocated Insurance claims.
You will be responsible for and progress a caseload or project to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery, both internally and externally, whilst maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.
Naturally, you will already be an experienced Claims Handler with the skills to identify and evaluate evidence. You will understand that quality not quantity is paramount when dealing with claims, and have the ability to carry out in depth, desk based investigations on each case.
A proactive attitude to claim settlement, with excellent telephone communication skills would be second nature to you, as will possessing the interpersonal skills and drive to thrive as a highly valued member of our team. The primary role will be to provide a professional service in all aspects of claims handling.
