A great opportunity has arisen to join a well established Yorkshire law firm. Joining as a paralegal in the busy conveyancing department you will handle a full range of property matters

Key duties for this role will be:-

Carrying out searches· Issuing contract packs
Preparing files for completion· Post-exchange work
Liaising with both clients and other legal professionals

This is an excellent opportunity as after 12 months in situ, there will be a chance to apply for a training contract. The majority of solicitors within this practice all joined as Paralegals and successfully were offered training contracts on the completion of their first 12 month period.

Applicant Requirements

This opportunity would ideally suit a candidate that has experience in working as a property paralegal, or an LPC graduate who has taken property as an elective. The office is in commutable distance from Barnsley, Sheffield, Rotherham, and Huddersfield by car or train and would be a great opportunity for any Graduate or experienced paralegal to really make headway with their legal career.
