Job Profile

Claims management company have the need for an additional Large Loss Claim Handler, to manage a portfolio of Large and Complex claims ensuring customers receive excellent service whilst managing claims costs and expenses within the scope of the insurance policy. All the losses will be domestic property claims for buildings and contents and you will be expected to visit the policy holder on site to discuss the claim. The role will be based out of the office in Kent, when you are not out on visits.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience dealing with large domestic losses and ideally have worked in an external claims role. You must have excellent communications skills and progression towards professional qualifications would be advantageous.
