Financial Services Administrator - Financial Services – IFA Practice - excellent basic per annum plus free parking, pension, Life Assurance, office closure at Christmas, holiday birthday, option to purchase extra holiday, incentives towards Industry qualifications.  The office is situated within commutable distance from Scarborough and surrounding areas as well as York, Malton, Pickering & Whitby. 

An experienced Financial Services Administrator / Support Administrator is required to join an established and very reputable IFA Practice within the Scarborough area.

As a Financial Services Administrator you will join a small team of IFA's and support staff where you will help provide administration support to the IFA's helping with the preparation of client files -new and existing for review, ensuring all documentation is accurate and correct, liaising with insurance companies and clients on a day to day basis, helping with queries and information requests and general administration duties as and when required.  You will be working with a wide range of Financial Services products including Life, Protection, Pensions and Investments. 

Applicant Requirements

  • You will have excellent Administration skills / experience and have an understanding of the financial services industry, ideally within a tied or independent environment.
  • You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be comfortable being able to speak with HNW clients on a day to day basis.
  • Good IT skills are a must, ideally you will have experience of Intelligent Office, however  this is not essential as full training will be provided

This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
