Job Profile

An experienced Commercial Account Handler is required to join a leading Global Insurance organisation to be part of their Commercial Risks team where you will work closely with the Broking Manager. As an experienced Account Handler you will liaise directly with the client, negotiate new business terms, renewal terms, mta's and cover extensions. You will obtain the client's business and insurance requirements, construct reports, letters and various other client documents as required including communicating terms of settlement to the Client, ensuring premiums are debited and assist with the maintenance of credit control standards and procedures.

Applicant Requirements

As an experienced Commercial Account Handler you will have Insurance experience working within an Insurance Brokers and have a good level of technical knowledge i.e. property / casualty and combined. The ability to prioritise workload and deliver work accurately and on time is essential. Previous use of Acturis would be advantageous. Industry qualifications would be preferred or be working towards.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a very competitive basic salary plus an excellent benefits package.
