Claims Customer Services Adviser – Immediate Start – up to £21k per annum 

Immediate Start - Claims Customer Services Adviser to join a Personal Injury Team within a Solicitors Practice where you will join the Motor Road Traffic Accident team.  You will play a vital role in the team by being the first point of contact for clients who have been involved in a motor accident.  You will liaise with the client taking full details of the accident and carry out validation checks.  You will also be responsible for the arrangement of the recovery of vehicles and a hire replacement. 

Applicant Requirements

About you:

As a Claims Customer Services Advisor you will have excellent customer services skills and experience via the telephone.  Ideally you will have experience of Motor Insurance / Personal Injury or Insurance Claims. You will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.  Good IT skills are essential for the role.

The role is working Monday to Friday on a 3 rota shift pattern – 8.00am-4.00pm, 9.00am-5.00pm and 10am-6.00pm.  There is a 5pm finish on a Friday.  There will be a requirement to work 1 Saturday out of every 4 working 10am-3pm.
