Membership and Insurance Administrator Up To £19,500 Plus Bonus - West Yorkshire - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, Hybrid working offered - free parking, pension, bonus, plus 25 holidays plus bank holidays.
A long established Equestrian Brand who are extremely reputable with Horse Owners and Riders throughout the UK offering the very best market leading services are now seeking an experienced Insurance Professional to join their Membership Team.
About you:
A great communicator, self-driven and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Duties:
Maintaining clients membership/insurance products as well as promoting membership benefits and various Equestrian products using internal software systems, excel, email and telephone.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support to the administration generate on the company's insurance products, membership, equestrian, pet and leisurewear products.
- Opening customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information and informing relevant business departments.
- Issuing accurate documentation including insurance certificates, cancellation letters and policies to customers.
- Maximising the renewals of memberships and insurance.
- Upselling by offering upgrades to customers membership or insurance packages.
- Processing orders, customer returns, preparing correspondence to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Taking ownership of tasks assigned to support the customer service and sales team.
- Actively promoting the company website, membership & benefits.
- Entering orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicating all feedback from customers about complaints to the Customer Services Supervisor and internal departments.
- Participating and embracing staff training and coaching.
Applicant Requirements
About You:
- Insurance Industry experience essential
- Will be a passionate multitasker
- Excel experience essential.
- Customer Service experience essential.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication, questioning and listening skills.
