A global Loss Adjusting organisation who are truly passionate and understanding by offering a flexible working model and by fully embracing and supporting individuals to grow and develop, are now seeking an experienced Property Claims Operations Manager to join their Subsidence Claims handling team based in Leeds where you will work part office and part home-based. Hours Monday to Friday 35 hours per week. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a team of Building Consultants and Claims Technicians ensuring the highest standard of customer care is provided to valued clients.
The role will require you to be responsible for team performance, day to day team queries, identifying and fulfilling training requirements, team morale, absence management and carrying out 1:1’s.
