A global leader within the Loss Adjusting Industry and renowned worldwide for being passionate about what they do are now seeking creative and caring people with a claims background in subsidence / buildings / property to join their vastly experienced and award-winning Subsidence team where you will play a vital role within the business by providing guidance and assistance to customers by delivering a 1st class customer journey throughout the lifecycle of their claim. Are you looking for a new challenge?

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for clients and policyholders for any queries on their Subsidence claims
  • Manage your own portfolio of subsidence claims by delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintain task diary systems, produce client reports/letters
  • Liaise with contractors and other relevant external suppliers

Applicant Requirements

About you:

  • Excellent Customer Services experience with a Claims background within Subsidence / Buildings / Property
  • Organised and be able to work to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a demanding environment and be able to handle difficult situations
  • Experienced in using computer based claims handling systems
  • Industry qualifications of committed to gaining the relevant knowledge and working towards Cert CILA

This is a full-time, permanent role, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday.
