Liability Claims Handler – London (Hybrid flexible) - Competitive Annual Basic Salary plus excellent benefits package

An experienced Liability Claims Handler/Insurance (Personal Injury) professional is required to join a leading Global Loss Adjusters providing Loss Adjusting, Claims and Risk Management Services with a focus on Speciality Markets and Complex Commercial where you will work in the Aviation Division, working closely with the Head of Aviation Liability.  The main focus will be supporting the London Region handling Aviation Liability losses. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the Aviation Insurance Sector offering the opportunity to develop your loss adjusting Personal Injury career in the London Region and help with the development within the Aviation Insurance Claims Industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and administer a caseload of Aviation Liability (Personal Injury) Claims through to settlement
• Liaise with Insurers, Insurers/Brokers on a day-to-day basis updating all relevant parties throughout the lifecycle of the claims
• Produce complex reports within SLA's
• Collate and analyse management information
• Carry out marketing and business development

Applicant Requirements

About you:

• Experience working within a Global Loss Adjusters or Insurer specialising in Liability (Personal Injury) Claims
• Proven experience of handling personal injury and third-party property damage claims
• Cross Boarder claims handling experience
• Knowledge and experience of client fund handling
• Methodical, analytical and accurate in the delivery of responsibilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities and conflicting demands, in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of IATA Agreements and Montreal and Warsaw Conventions - desirable
