Duties will include leading the telesales team to achieve and exceed sales conversion targets and customer service standards, through motivation and development along with being responsible for achieving agreed sales conversion rates, productivity & service targets across multi-products. Other duties will include ensuring compliance with Regulatory Body codes of practice and the development of people measured through Key Performance Indicators and by competency.
Prospective applicants are required to have experience of working in a direct call centre environment with a proven track record of achievement in a sales environment working to target. Relevant experience required of leading and managing a team and within a contact centre sales environment. Other attributes will include a good knowledge and application of sales techniques and models, computer literate and the ability to work as part of a team.
