Major practice seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of an additional Field Manager within its Subsidence Division. You will be responsible for a team of home-based surveyors and engineers handling domestic subsidence losses throughout the North of England. Your role will principally be based around the operational management of your section of the business. You will have senior technical staff to refer to in the event of any large, complex or complaint cases. You will form an effective part of the Senior Management Team and work closely with the Managing Director.
Candidates should have a background in project managed subsidence and ideally some supervisory/managerial experience although our client would be happy to consider anyone seeking to develop their career in this direction. Professional qualifications through MRICS/ MCIOB/ MICE/ MIStructE would clearly be advantageous but are not essential if your experience suits. Basic salary budget up to £55,000 plus car/allowance, bonus, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
