International loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint a "heavyweight" Construction Adjuster to take on a quality, challenging portfolio of construction losses for a number of premium accounts in Hong Kong. The role is a purely technical one that will allow you to concentrate on the quality aspects of handling construction-related losses without being encumbered with anything else. You will also have the chance to work closely with our client's key instructing principals and take an interest in business development opportunities.
Candidates must display a strong background in international construction losses and be able to commit for a minimum 3 year period, as our client seeks to strengthen its already excellent reputation within the Hong Kong market. The position is available on either a single or married status basis, but school age children would not be appropriate. You will ideally be A/FCILA qualified but consideration will be given to Chartered Engineers (MICE/MIStructE) or Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with an appropriate technical background in construction work. Basic salary up to £90-100,000 plus bonus, car, accommodation, flights home, medical care and 25 days holiday.
