Job Profile

Specialist subsidence unit of ambitious independent loss adjusting practice, seeks to strengthen its operation through the appointment of an additional home-based subsidence project manager in Yorkshire.  You will work in a structured environment alternating between days out on site investigations and days undertaking your report writing duties.  The work is of an excellent quality and demands the highest professional standards.  The quality of the portfolio enables you to undertake the job in a traditional manner where quality definitely overcomes quantity.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates should be MRICS/MCIOB/MICE or MIStructE qualified and have experience of working in a dedicated  subsidence role, either with an insurer, specialist contractor or loss adjusting practice.  As a home worker you should be confident in your ability to manage your own diary and deal with problems on a daily basis without direct supervision. Basic salary budget up to £55-60,000 plus annual bonus, £5,000 annual car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
