Our client is looking to appoint a highly experienced Project Managed Subsidence Surveyor or Engineer to its London/South East operation. You will have sole responsibility for handling a challenging portfolio of commercial subsidence losses for a wide range of principals, both traditional insurers and within the Lloyd's Market. The position will be home-based but operating across a number of regional offices utilising significant technical and administrative support.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must have a proven track record of handling subsidence losses, albeit that experience can be gained in the domestic market. Our client is a specialist commercial loss adjusting practice, so only deals with subsidence in this area. You must essentially be professionally qualified through MRICS/MCIOB if a surveyor or MICE/MIStructE if an engineer. The basic salary budget is likely to exceed £70,000 with a generous fee-related bonus. Additional benefits include car/allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
