Job Profile

National loss adjusting practice seeks to strengthen its existing team of specialist surveyors through an appointment to their South East operation. The role will require you to provide technical support and guidance in respect of complex building issues to a strong team of commercial property adjusters. You will also handle your own portfolio of losses, where appropriate, including some commercial subsidence losses if your skills and our client's workload allow. You will operate on a home base throughout the South East region.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must essentially be MRICS or MCIOB qualified and you are likely to be working in a technical support role with a major loss adjusting practice.  Experience in the commercial sector would be preferred, but our client is equally happy to consider individuals with a pure domestic background.  The role comprises an interesting and challenging portfolio and is likely to pay a basic salary in excess of £60,000 with an excellent individual bonus scheme and the usual benefits of car/allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
