Our client is an expanding global loss adjusting business that is looking to establish a Quantity Surveying Practice alongside it, based out of London. This individual will lead the practice and be responsible for the recruitment and management of a team of 5-10 Quantity Surveyors. The practice will work alongside the global loss adjusting business undertaking quantum analysis and providing pricing guidance in respect of major international insurance losses. Whilst centred in London, the role will require travel on a global basis.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must essentially be MRICS qualified via the Quantity Surveying Division. You should also have project industry experience either in the UK or overseas. You should be ambitious and hungry for a new challenge, where you will be given the opportunity to drive forward a niche QS practice which, in time, is anticipated to bring in revenue equivalent to 50% of the loss adjusting business. £80-100,000 is easily achievable as a basic salary with significant additional bonuses. The position will carry a place on the Main Board with global profit-sharing capability. The usual benefits of car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday will also apply.
