Job Profile

Our international loss adjusting client is looking to enhance its book of professional indemnity and latent defects/building defects/building guarantee work through the recruitment of a specialist to oversee this development. There is already an extensive book of this type of work from which to develop things. The position is home-based but will require regular travel to our client's City office where the key members of the team are based.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates will ideally have a professional qualification within either quantity surveying or engineering (MRICS/MICE, CEng) and essentially experience of working in either professional indemnity and/or latent defects. Our client is prepared to consider someone joining at Director level in providing a dual function role with a technical oversight across the Division combined with client relationships and business development. Salary up to £100,000 plus car/allowance, bonus, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
