An exciting opportunity for a high achiever to get involved in commercial property deals in the North of England.

Role will be responsible for developing new business with clients who are involved in real estate projects.  Focus will be the North of England; and key prospects will include Law firms, Insurance Brokers, Commercial Property Agents, Commercial Lenders and Commercial Investors. 

The main purpose of the role is to seek new business opportunities and increase the market share and market awareness of a commercial title product.  Driving revenue growth and delivering the commercial property strategy.  Creating and then implementing a results focused sales plan - one that will identify, target and win business from new and existing clients. 

Travel will be a key part of this role and therefore candidates must have their own car.

Applicant Requirements

Candidates must be dynamic, ambitious, business minded professionals, with an eye for new opportunities, sound commercial acumen and the ability to drive sales and increase revenue by developing new business opportunities.  Able to demonstrate a high achieving new business sales track record of selling services ideally to law firms, banks and/or property investment companies.  Detailed knowledge of the commercial property market is highly desirable.
