BRANCH MANAGER who has gained 19 years industry experience within general insurance and financial services roles.  Currently responsible for the day to day running of a branch. Has extensive experience in the areas of motor and commercial, motorcycle, caravan, travel and pet. Holds responsibility for staffing levels, also meeting the required retention, renewal, new business and income targets. Is also experienced in collections, mentoring, coaching, shadowing and compliance. Achieved these goals whilst providing excellent customer satisfaction through face to face/telephone conversations.  Seeking a new role where skills and experience can be fully utilised, enabling further personal and professional development.

Applicant Qualifications

Full Financial Planning Certificate. Full Certificate in Mortgage Advice & Practice. BSc (Hons) in Microbiology 2:2.
