CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER with over 30 years insurance experience in both insurer and broker environments. Experienced in both underwriting and broking, gaining progression in several employers to team leader level. Technically strong in household and travel insurance early on in career, but latterly gained extensive knowledge of Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers covers with associated liability risks. Has dealt with both direct and broker referred cases, latterly achieving 7 years continued growth on the direct account.
