DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE who has gained 35 years general insurance experience. In current role, was transferred under TUPE legislation and manages his back book at renewal stage and continues to liaise with the bank to source new leads and referrals for new business. Prior to this role, managed a team of 4 Executives in the field. As a Sales Executive, had to achieve agreed business income targets from own territory selling commercial insurance products to customers of Lloyds TSB. Managed a book of business including mid term adjustments and renewals and achieved annual growth targets. Liaised with Relationship Managers within the bank to obtain leads and referrals. As a Regional Sales Manager, was the Line Manager for four Sales Executives in the Midlands & North. Role was to ensure they achieved the above targets in their territory and help them appropriately. Seeking an opportunity to use experience in a development role.
