STATE MANAGER OF INVESTIGATION, SURVEILLANCE, LOSS ADJUSTING AND MARINE who has gained extensive industry experience spanning over 16 years. In last role, had 10 direct reports, being investigators, loss adjusters, marine loss adjusters, surveillance investigators and admin staff and 30 sub contractors also reported through. Managed the entire Western Australian area and local office, reporting through to the General Manager in another state. General areas of responsibility were, implementing the strategic plan and marketing plan, managing the day to day administration of the Investigations business unit, operational planning and implementation, training compliance, safety compliance, reporting, tender writing, client liaison, team building and creating a positive culture.


Applicant Qualifications

Certificate IV Frontline Management (in progress). Certificate IV in Financial Services (General Insurance) - ANZIF (CIP) translates to ACII. Certificate of Insurance Practice.
