CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR who has gained over 9 years insurance industry experience working within company, broking, legal and banking environments. Most recently was responsible for liaising with a wide network of UK Insurers to process changes to their motor, commercial vehicle and household insurance products. Prior to this role, dealt directly with customers and members of staff and assisted them with queries surrounding their home insurance policies. On a daily basis, had to make underwriting decisions about the policies upon receiving enquiries from both policyholders and the company’s Banking Network. Previously as a Claims Specialist, dealt directly with third parties following a road traffic accident. Arranged vehicle repairs and replacement vehicles and established if there had been any personal injuries before transferring the file to injury handlers.  Seeking an opportunity to return to an insurance role.
