HIGHLY EXPERIENCED SENIOR TRADING UNDERWRITER/ACCOUNT HANDLER who has gained in excess of 28 years industry experience. Has excellent technical underwriting skills in all major commercial classes and has had a successful career with major insurers. Experience includes dealing with a panel of large local key brokers for new and existing business for Combined and Cross Class with premiums in excess of £100,000. Held one of the highest Underwriting licences in the branch for Commercial Combined securing the 2 largest cases held within the branch. Was the dedicated contact for 3 delegated authority schemes which have each generated revenue of £1.5m GWP. Handled referrals and held responsibility for processing the monthly Bordereaux. Carried out broker visits in the Yorkshire area.  Due to potential redundancy, is seeking a new challenge.
