ACCOUNT HANDLER who has gained 8 years industry experience.  Currently a direct point of contact for clients involved in identifying their insurance requirements and in sourcing policies to meet their needs. Deals with Commercial & Personal Lines. Manages own workload and creates invoices, deals with new business and renewals. Negotiates with insurers and builds professional relationships with clients. Provides assistance with claims.

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute - Cert CII.
