Experienced in setting up new claims and appointing adjusters when necessary and providing advice on the claim process.  Previously provided an administrative support service to a team of commercial underwriters. Duties involved renewing existing policies, administrating new applications and dealing with customer queries.  Keen to secure a fresh, challenging role within a progressive insurance organisation.
