SENIOR INTERNAL CLAIMS ADVISER who has gained over 8 years industry experience. Responsible for the management of claims going to fulfilment utilising the the contractor network. Handles all aspects of fulfilment of remedial repairs, e.g. agreeing schedule and costs, complaints, variations, health and safety issues, invoicing and guarantee/liability issues. Communicates with policyholders, loss adjusters, suppliers, insurers and contractors to ensure the smooth running of the claims process. Ensures that all client SLA's, KPI's, targets and philosophies are adhered to and aims to reduce WIP where possible.
