Possesses a strong background in insurance, both technical and customer focussed which has been gained in a variety of roles. Currently experienced in complaint investigation and resolves them within Financial Ombudsman Service guidelines. Responsible for coaching staff to help them effectively resolve customer dissatisfaction within the new FCA complaints handling guidelines. Provides ongoing support and coaching to staff on complaints and technical referrals.  Seeking to progress career within the general insurance industry.
