CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained 8 years industry experience. In last role, dealt with household, personal property and military claims. Was also Supplier Co-ordinator, acting as liaison between the Claims Team and the suppliers to develop new processes to benefit both parties and resolve any issues that may have arisen. Dealt with every aspect of claims handling from first notification to agreeing settlement. Investigated complex and possible fraudulent claims. Trained new members of staff and monitored team performance statistics. Compiled and submitted monthly claims reports for Insurers.  Seeking to continue career within insurance and will be returning to the UK imminently and is available for work from the 6th of April 2015.

Has passed CII IF1 Insurance Legal & Regulatory and IF4 Insurance Claims Handling Process.
