DOMESTIC CLAIMS MANAGER with over 6 years’ experience gained within the adjusting and general insurance sectors. Currently manages a team of Handlers who deal with potentially fraudulent claims on a desktop basis, several of which are based remotely. Is a referral point for these claims, which includes domestic, commercial and wedding claims. A point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met. Compiles daily and monthly Management Information for the company and clients. Deals with and reviews complaints, acting on any recurring issues. Works towards team targets including fee targets, conducts appraisals and training across the team.
Diploma of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters. British Damage Management Association qualified. BA (Hons) degree.
