OPERATIONS MANAGER who has gained extensive industry experience spanning over 23 years. In last role, was responsible for a team of customer services operatives responsible for dealing with the requests for information from the database, all of which had to comply with Data Protection rules. Additionally there was a team of Account Managers responsible for maintaining relationships with every Motor Insurer in the UK, to ensure their compliance with the time and quality targets agreed with the Government for the submission of their data to the MID. The role also involved being responsible for staff assessment, the setting and achievement of targets, the assessment of training requirements, and the personal development of the staff. Seeking to return to working within the insurance industry, ideally within a managerial role.
