HOME CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained almost 4 years industry experience.
Currently liaises with claimants from notifying the initial claim and explaining polices to ensuring a fair settlement and a positive customer journey. Deals with difficult situations from declining claims to dealing with sensitive situations, explaining why the claim has not been successful and dealing with complex complaints. Manages own diary to ensure communication with customers is frequent and a high level of customer service is met whilst also achieving the most productive team member weekly. Uses questioning techniques to investigate if a claim is genuine to ensure that the company is not paying a fraudulent claim which then reduces the average claim cost.
