TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER with 15 years experience gained in the insurance sector. Currently responsible for overseeing and co-ordinating training for 250 employees in a call centre environment. Manages all the training for the company. Manages a small number of employees within the Training Department. Previous experience of handling personal lines motor and household risks within a broking environment.  Seeking an opportunity with a progressive organisation offering career progression.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII). Due to complete Certificate in Teaching Lifelong Learning Skills Level 4 in June 2014.
