COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT HANDLER who has gained 9 years industry experience in a broking environment. Currently deals with new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals in the commercial insurance market. Ensures the fair treatment of customers and prospective customers in all of their dealings with the company. Liaises with Insurers, other company staff and Claims Handlers when appropriate. Analyses, assesses and accurately records customer's demands and needs. Has a sound knowledge and understanding of agreed commercial insurance classes. Carries out regular training as appropriate to the position held and areas of activity, to maintain competencies in accordance with FCA requirements.  Keen to take up a new challenge within a successful company where transferable skills can be applied.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
