CUSTOMER ADVISER who has gained over 4 years industry experience working in busy broking environments.  Currently deals with customer queries on the telephone. Adheres to all compliance guidelines and meets all KPI's. Is responsible for a high level of call volume, both incoming and outgoing. Provides customer service and advice. Prior to this role as an Insurance Adviser, sold motor, home, commercial vehicle, motorcycle, pet and travel insurance. Cross sold other optional products and dealt with all customer queries and complaints. Helped clients to deal with amendments to policies. Experienced in selling additional covers, helping clients with adjustments and in problem solving, working with KPI to meet targets.  Seeking career progression.
