CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained industry experience within a leading loss adjusting firm. Was asked to fulfil the duty of Supplier champion due to recognised potential and rapid ability to comprehend this role in full. In addition to current position, liaises with the senior management from the company's list of suppliers and contractors. Raises issues with suppliers and coming to resolutions with management. Pinpoints opportunities to make the overall day-to-day management of operations more efficient. Is required to demonstrate a high level of problem solving ability to resolve ongoing issues. Main duties include complaint resolution, negotiation and adhering to all compliance principles. Works in a fast paced environment requiring efficient time management of daily workload, whilst intermittently working a high influx of inbound calls amongst outbound duties.
