MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained nearly 5 years industry experience.
Currently responsible for the coaching and training of new and existing colleagues to help improve their own personal development and to help them achieve their targets by buddying, creating handouts, process maps and step by step guides. Liaises with colleagues from other areas to help improve processes such as members from internal audits, underwriters, quality and assurance. Handles motor insurance claims from first registration through to completion, along with checking and authorising payments, liaising with approved and non-approved suppliers. Deals with inbound and outbound calls and correspondence relating to customer, supplier, loss adjuster and third party insurer enquiries.
