CUSTOMER CONTACT TEAM LEADER with 5 years experience gained in the insurance sector with previous customer service experience gained out of the industry. Experienced in handling pet insurance claims as a Pet Claims Assessor, equine insurance and household insurance. More recently as a Team Leader, is responsible for ensuring the busy call centre is effectively managed.  Keen to progress career within a more technical capacity.
