COLLECTIONS ADVISER/TEAM LEADER with 7 years customer service experience. Most recently working for a credit company dealing with a high number of inbound calls. This involved discussing and negotiating repayment arrangements on customer accounts and made outbound calls to recover any outstanding balances.  IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE due to redundancy - keen to secure a new position.
