CLIENT SERVICE ADVISER who has gained 13 years industry experience. Has been responsible for the day to day running of clients risk and insurance programmes, assisted clients with their queries and provided technical advice. Positively contributed to client satisfaction, retention and profitability as determined by the Client Manager. Was responsible for the preparation of broking submissions, negotiating with insurers and placement of covers within the insurance market. Proactive management of the renewal process and production of the renewal report. Issuance of policy documentation and summaries of insurance, together with timely invoicing of income and premiums.  Seeking a return to the industry following maternity leave.

Applicant Qualifications

Chartered Insurance Institute Diploma in Insurance. BA History & Politics (Joint Honours) 2:1.
