COMMERCIAL HAULAGE ACCOUNT HANDLER who has gained 11 years industry experience.  Working closely with the department Director handling cases varying from single vehicle haulier to operators running in excess of 100 vehicles. Daily administration including mid-term adjustments and cover queries. Uploads new and policy renewals onto the Motor Insurance Database. Creates claims statistics, including frequency, loss ratios, identifying trends and patterns of claim. Liaises with underwriters to obtain and negotiate terms. Creates new business and renewal reports. Collates risk information and creates risk profiles for marketing purposes. Maintains relationships with underwriters, clients and internal departments.
