CUSTOMER SUPPORT who is highly motivated, enthusiastic and well presented with great customer as well as 1st and 2nd line ICT support experience. Possesses remarkable interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to convey IT one knowledge and skills to customers of all levels. Additionally, has experience of handling demanding and problematic customers. Has great problem solving skills, IT knowledge of various systems, software and hardware as well as an ability to work under high pressure working as a part of a team or alone and unsupervised.   Seeking an opportunity to join a successful company that would challenge skills and allow him to develop further. In return, can offer outstanding customer service skills, excellent time management skills, huge IT knowledge, professionalism and knowledge hunger with attention to detail.

Applicant Qualifications

IT & Telecoms Professionals Intermediate Level Apprenticeship. OCR Level 2 Award ICT Systems and Principles for IT Professionals (PROCOM-Technical). OCR Level 2 Diploma ICT Professional Competence (PROCOM). OCR Level 2 Functional Skills in Information and Communication Technology.
