Dealing with new starters and carrying out inductions. Carrying out disciplinary and grievance procedures in accordance with company policies and employment law and using the Acas code of practice on disciplinary and grievance procedures (with assistance from an external HR consultant). Carrying out staff appraisals and reviewing and defining training plans. Seeking to progress career and build upon a broad range of existing skills.
