QUALITY ASSURANCE ANALYST with 3 years experience gained in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently involved in monitoring calls and correspondence in line with training and competency framework within a call centre environment. Previously worked in various capacities, including auditing work within a call centre environment, handling complaints, delivering coaching and systems training, and deputising for manager in her absence.  Due to end of current contract is keen to secure a permanent role within project support and business analysis or quality assurance.
