Has experience performing in delivering challenging objectives in a given timescale, assessing external calls and providing structured feedback. Working as part of a team to ensure that the customer is provided with all the information they need to make an informed choice before purchasing a policy and protect the business. Has solid knowledge of the insurance industry with a proven record of managing change. Is a well-organised, self-motivated individual with ability to rapidly learn new tasks. Has a track record for consistently meeting goals and delivering a high level of performance. Proven ability to build strong internal and external customer relationships.  Seeking a new challenge.
