CALL CENTRE/CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM MANAGER with 25 years experience gained in the insurance and banking sectors. Has gained experience in dealing with teams of 12/15 staff with responsibility for KPIs, one to ones, mentoring, coaching, disciplinary etc. Is comfortable working with people across all levels and multi-site.  Due to redundancy is keen to secure a new position.
