INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR who has worked within the industry for over 1 year. On a daily basis, provides a first class customer service both internally and externally, including the stakeholders. Is very target driven, dedicated and ensures that SLA's are met. Ensures assigned recoveries are pursued in a timely manner and increases the resolution rate of recoveries. Provides monthly updates on assigned recovery files. Provides a first class customer service at all times and seeks regular feedback from the Team Leader, fellow colleagues and key stakeholders. In addition to the role, distributes team workload, manages/handles escalations, manages payments and trains staff in various areas of insurance.
