CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER with over 2 years experience gained in the financial services sector. Currently reviews the sale of mortgages to decide if PPI was mis-sold and liaises with the customer throughout the process. Prior to this worked in a busy call centre environment at a large bank dealing with general enquiries from customers, servicing accounts and carrying out transactions.
